You are now entering the future of real estate
You skip all the back and forth and send your offer the fast and easy way. Sign and initial below and your offer goes to Manny Patino, who reads it and presents it to the seller's side.
Two things you are signing
1. Your buyer broker agreement (Form 1206). Manny Patino, Qualifying Broker of Patino Real Estate, is your broker for buying a home in Las Cruces and Dona Ana County for one year, working with you as a transaction broker. A written agreement like this comes first, before a broker writes an offer for you. You owe nothing to Patino Real Estate: the broker is paid by the seller, and if a seller will not pay, nothing is owed until you and Manny agree to it in writing.
2. Your offer (Form 2104, the New Mexico purchase agreement), filled in with the answers you just gave. It becomes a contract only if the seller signs it.
