You keep 85% of every commission. The other 15% goes to the brokerage until it adds up to $12,000 for the year (about $80,000 in gross commissions). After that you keep 100% for the rest of the year, and the cap resets annually. No monthly, franchise, or desk fees.
Our transaction coordination team can manage your documents for a small per deal fee, so you are not up at 1am doing paperwork. Using our staff also keeps every file in compliance. And when you close, we pay you fast.

We build, host, and optimize your website and give you your own AI assistant. The marketing, we teach you: YouTube with just your iPhone, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, SEO, and the organic channels that cost little or nothing. Founding agents get direct mentorship from Manny. You will not be spending on leads.
