Together with Associate Brokers Gilbert Patino (buyer representation and construction), Brandon Grajeda (creative financing and first-time buyers), Brian Salazar (buyer representation and sales), and Erika Melissa Moya (buyer representation and land), plus preferred lender Jeff Sauer, Patino covers every part of a Las Cruces real estate transaction in-house.
